Reading this book opened my eyes to the reality that life is more spiritual than physical. We often think what we see in the natural is the “main thing,” but in truth, everything in the physical realm is simply a manifestation of what has already taken place in the spiritual.
This book made me more conscious of how much the spiritual realm influences our daily lives. It stirred me to wake up, to be spiritually alert, and to engage the unseen realm with my spirit man — because that is the only way to truly stand in victory.
One of the striking insights I received was how the devil is more interested in believers than unbelievers. Unbelievers are already under his influence, but he fights hard to lure Christians away from faith, compromise their stand, and weaken their effectiveness. It reminded me that we are constantly at war — but also that the victory has already been won in Christ Jesus.
